A larger intercooler is essential for keeping the vehicles air temperatures down so we have developed the largest possible intercooler that you can fit into the stock cavity on a w210 300TD.
It has THREE TIMES the volume of the stock intercooler, so yes that would be like having three stock coolers under your bumper, with the added security of fully alloy welded end tanks.
The best thing is, it will fit with a slight squeeze under the stock bumper with the A/C system and all that good stuff still installed.
