Puma Land Rover Engine Mounts
When installing an OM606 into a Puma Defender it quickly becomes obvious how far forward the engine needs to be mounted. So to accommodate this we supply a set of direct fit engine mounts and ask the customer to simply re-drill their transfer case mounting brackets slightly rearward
Right hand - 12mm further back
Left hand - 25mm further back
Other considerations to be made are with the radiator, use an aluminium radiator and alter the top water outlet to clear the power steering pump (you cannot do this with a factory plastic one). You must use an electric fan pack and mount it on the front of the radiator and intercooler assembly.
